Complete Planning allows us to walk together through all aspects of your event: planning, design, and execution. Hiring us early (or first!) gives us the luxury of choice in making thoughtful decisions that align with both style and budget. It’s worth saying that underneath all the pretty, we’re obsessive about process so you never have to wonder what’s next - each client gets their own customized cloud-based portal to keep things organized and transparent.

Guided Planning empowers you to take the lead on building the foundation of your event, and brings us in to dot the Is and cross the Ts to ensure your event is logistically sound and seamlessly carried out. Built-in milestones and moments of consultation keep you on track until the full extent of our work together begins 6 months out from your event
This is ideal for: couples excited to devote time to planning, but know it’s best to hire an expert for design, solid logistics, and peace of mind.

Consider this your friendly heads-up that extraordinary experiences tend to come with extraordinary intention—and an investment that reflects it. While we don’t believe in strict budget minimums, the celebrations we’re best known for usually land around $800–$1,500 per guest all-in, a range that allows us to create the layered, personal, and delight-filled moments our clients come to us for.
Our Complete Planning service is percentage-based with a minimum spend (because full-service magic requires full-service resources), and our Guided Planning offering is a flat fee tailored to your event’s particulars—location, guest count, complexity, and all those delicious little details.

DESIGN + STYLING
Events should be a reflection of the people and moments being celebrated - but it’s not always easy to turn your thoughts, vision, or ideas into something tangible. Our Design and Styling service allows us to guide you through the process of finding your aesthetic and sourcing the materials and creatives to bring it to life.
This is best for: couples or organizations looking to invest in compelling visual and experiential storytelling for their event without the need for a full planner.
