Lauren is Bliss Events Collectives owner and creative director, channeling her belief in the power of hosting to tell the stories of her clients through thoughtful and design-forward moments.

She lives for the controlled chaos of events days (lovingly known to her team and clients as The Chaos Captain) and carries a quiet confidence that commands the room. You can often find her using her afternoon latte as a pointer or channeling energy from a pair of no-to-be-missed shoes.

When she’s not bridging the gap between dreams and possibilities, she’s having tea time and dance parties with her daughter, or sipping a bold red with her husband at a wine bar around town.

RACHEL BARSAMIAN

Rachel is the definition of hostess with the mostest. After just a few minutes with her, clients have not only found their ideal planner, but also a kind, wise (and stylish!) confidant.

Rachel was a professional dancer before finding her way in the wedding industry so she's no stranger to running the show. With experience in floral design, venue management, and fundraising, you're unlikely to find someone with Rachel's depth of experience in producing events. She meets each event with unmatched thoughtfulness, the dare to dream, and sound perspective that keeps her clients central to it all.
